    1. Run command “regedit” to open Windows Registry
    2. Navigate to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient “
    3. Find key “SpecialPollInterval”
    4. Change the value to what you want in seconds. e.g. 3600 (1 hour)
